The name reune (“ree - YOON”) comes from reflecting on our multidimensional lives and the words “reunite” and “reunify.”

We all exist in our own unique context— we’re impacted by our physical experiences as well as the stressors, joys, and relationships of our lives. Reune Medicine pays attention to these relationships and to your lived experience, so they can be more generative and life-giving.

Grounded in the philosophy of East Asian medicine and informed by our neurobiology and fascial anatomy, we weave together acupuncture, bodywork, and breath to help you come home to your body with greater ease and balance. We also offer sessions focused specifically on breath practices to dive more deeply into breath mechanics and awareness.

Reune invites us back into connection with ourselves, our bodies, and the world around us.
