Breathe in the Park — Summer Series

Mt Tabor Park
Come gather and breathe together in Mt Tabor Park. Bring a yoga mat to lie/sit on and a cushion or blanket for added comfort, if you’d like. We’ll explore various breath practices to help settle into our bodies and tune into our nervous systems. Breath is a great way to build awareness of what’s going on internally and build capacity for resilience and regulation. We’ll meet at the top of the hill. This is a free offering, donations welcome.
